The Cudahy Historical Society was very pleased with Tri-County and their work on our 1892 Railroad Depot. They replaced and repaired the roof, dormers, windows and gutters. Any small issues or questions were dealt with in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Our historic building was in good hands. The entire staff was professional and easy to work with. We hope to have them return for further restoration work on our depot.
This team is the best! They didn’t oversell anything, while the other people were using scare tactics to get my roof changed, they were super honest and recommended Roof tuneup, which should get me through for next 5 years. Ryan and luke were super helpful. Luke did a really good quality roof tuneup and shared full report at the end of work.
