Very responsive, prompt, and willing to take that extra step, which in my case was to remove a bird nest in my attic and install a screen in my gable vent (in addition to repair of a ridge vent). Daniel and crew showed up on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. Not sure why their rating is only 4.9…..should be 5+!! When I need a new roof, they will be first on my list to call
Tri-County did a great job with our roof inspection and some minor repairs that prevented future problems. Luke (on site service technician) did a great job with communicating what was fine and documenting everything. Marty is sales also did a great job. Highly recommend
We used Tri County for our roof about 15 years ago and when we had some minor issues about 10 years later they came out and repaired the issue. No questions asked! That is just outstanding costumer service! That is why we chose Tri County for our siding job. Once again they delivered! Great work and outstanding costumer service! When we need any repairs for outside our home we will be calling Tri County.
We worked with Tri-County for windows and a new roof. The communication was great and prompt. They send out an annual inspector to make sure everything looks good and they have been great with follow up from there.
Overall recommend for sure.
